As we welcome you to The Amazing Pizza Machine, we want to share the updates we’ve made. To build upon our ever-present commitment to provide safe, clean fun for all, we have incorporated the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control, health authorities, government agencies and industry experts.
We ask you to help us implement these cleanliness, social distancing, and contact reduction strategies. As partners, we can mitigate risks and reduce the spread of germs. Working together, we believe, is the key to ensuring the safest, most enjoyable visit possible.
During your visit, you may find that the experience at some of our rides, games, attractions and dining options have been modified, or some even temporarily closed, in order to comply with safety mandates and standards. We apologize for any inconvenience and as for your understanding should this occur.

Enhanced Safety & Sanitation Procedures
When appropriate, ride and attraction capacity may be adjusted to improve distancing.
Use hand sanitizer before and after each ride, attraction, or game play.
Masks recommended for unvaccinated guests.
Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
Safety shields at all register stations and at the Prize Central redemption counter.
Enhanced Games, Rides & Attractions Procedures
Where appropriate, we have increased spacing between games and player positions to support distancing. In some situations we may have to turn a game off.
Increased time between each ride, attraction, and game to allow our team time to sanitize high touch surfaces.
Use hand sanitizer before and after each ride, attraction, or game play.

Modified Food Service
Please follow social distancing guidance while in the buffet court area and as you move down each buffet line.
Salt & pepper shakers, and other condiments may be served as single service items and provided to you upon request.
Where self-service is in use, disposable gloves are provided as an additional safety measure.
When required or appropriate, we will provide plates, silverware, napkins and other utensils as you need them.
At the self-service beverage stations, you MUST use a new glass or cup each time you go back for more. No refills into an already used glass or cup.
Enhanced daily and weekly deep cleaning protocols.
Increased sanitizing of all high-touch surfaces throughout the day.
Modified Dining Room & Party Room Plan
Modified Occupancy within each dining room to meet government directives and guidelines.
Spacing adjustments when required to meet directives and guidelines.
Sanitizing and disinfecting tables and chairs frequently with products and methods approved for Covid-19.
Enhanced nightly and weekly deep cleaning procedures.
How Guests Can Help
Health experts have identified that the following wide range of symptoms can be potential indicators of COVID-19. If you have had any of these symptoms in the past 72 hours, please do not enter or remain at the facility.
- Fever of 100.4°or higher
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- New loss of taste or smell
- Muscle pain or body aches
- Nausea or vomiting
- Congestion or runny nose
- Headaches / Dizziness
- Sore throat
- Fatigue
- Chills
- Cough
*This list does not contain all possible symptoms. Consult your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning to you.
Guest Responsibilities
Stay home if you are sick with COVID-19 symptoms.
Wear a mask if you’re unvaccinated or at risk.
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Use hand sanitizer before & after each ride, attraction, or game play.
Sneeze and/or cough into a tissue (best) or into your arm or elbow.
Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth. If you do, wash and sanitize your hands.

We have implemented enhanced health and safety measures in our facility – for you, our other guests, and our Team Members. Even where safety precautions have been put in place, an inherent risk of exposure to and contracting COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness or death. Current CDC guidance cautions that senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
If you are exhibiting any COVID-19 related symptoms, you should not enter or remain in this facility… for your safety and the safety of other guests and our team members.
