OMAHA, NE (January 4, 2008) Demonstrating its commitment to family fun, the Midwest's unique attraction that recently earned the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions' (IAAPA) "Top Family Entertainment Center of the World" designation has once again been honored. The Amazing Pizza Machine is recognized as the "Best Family Entertainment Center" in Omaha Magazine's 16th annual Best of Omaha® Contest.

This is the second year The Amazing Pizza Machine has received this honor, which is voted on by the public. "We are thrilled that families around the Omaha-metro area chose The Amazing Pizza Machine as their favorite family entertainment center," said A. Michael Alesio, Managing Member.

Family fun starts with The Amazing Pizza Machine's buffet, which features 100+ tasty items made fresh daily on site, including pizza, pasta, salad and dessert bars and more. Four themed dining rooms offer big screen televisions showing sporting events, movies and cartoons. More than 140 arcade, video and prize games and 10 amusement-park-like rides and attractions that appeal to both the young and the "young-at-heart" means there is something here for everyone.

"Receiving the 'Best of Omaha' distinction validates our efforts to provide a fun, family-oriented activity center. Whether it is a birthday party with a personal party host whose energy and enthusiasm engages kids and adults alike, or just a nice evening out as a family or with friends, our goal is to make it a memorable experience for everyone," Alesio said. The Best of Omaha® contest was started in 1992 with only 20 categories and approximately 500 people who voted. Today, the contest has grown to more than 100 categories and 12,000 people placing more than 187,000 votes. Best of Omaha® voting is facilitated on line at VoteOmaha.com during the months of July, August and September. Voters can only cast their votes one time per IP address, and must vote for at least 30 categories. Then the votes are verified by Goracke and Associates P.C., and published in the January issue of Omaha Magazine. "Best of Omaha® media partners are KMTV3 and the City Weekly, also publicizing the results," said Todd Lemke, publisher of Omaha Magazine.
