Prepares a wide variety of sauces, pasta, salads, dough and other food products in a variety of stages…from initial mixing to final cooking. Involves operation of commercial mixer and dough roller. Strong attention to detail and mindset for perfection is a must. Due to equipment used, must be 18 years of age or older.
